1. How to run a credit/criminal background
1.1. Running applications from eSite
Esite has the capability to export applicant information directly in to Lexis Nexis.

When exporting to Lexis Nexis from eSite you may have different scenarios for specific applicants. The downloadable file attached gives you the answers of how to handle those specific situations accordingly.
3. Lexis Nexis Fax Cover Sheet
3.1. Fax Cover for those Apps to be faxed
All applicants must have their credit/criminal background report ran through eSite. If the applicant is being added to an existing occupant on the property you will have to fax their application to Lexis Nexis with the attached Fax Cover Sheet filled out thoroughly.
**Please note: there is an additional cost for faxing applications to Lexis Nexis; therefore, applicants being faxed must be those that can not be processed through eSite.**
