Please note: If we do not receive a response from you within 24 hours of our reply to your ticket, we will send one email reminder.
*If there is still no response within 48 hours of our initial reply, we will assume the issue has been resolved and close the ticket.
You will then need to submit a new ticket if you would like the case reopened.
