All applicants must have their credit/criminal background report ran through eSite. If the applicant is being added to an existing occupant on the property you will have to fax their application to Lexis Nexis with the attached Fax Cover Sheet filled out thoroughly.
**Please note: there is an additional cost for faxing applications to Lexis Nexis; therefore, applicants being faxed must be those that can not be processed through eSite.**
If you need to revise an application that has already been ran DO NOT FAX IT IN . . . refer to the Online Revisions/Supporting Documention guide for instruction on how to revise the application.
